As I worked through this project I realize just how important it is to expand my knowledge in my field of work.This is because it is not just going in and helping people but also how I can expand my knowledge to other people. When I did my research on infographics I came to realize that I can better help people if I can inform them in a way that is understandable and easy to follow. In my field of social work we are about helping others in need and in my field specifically it has to do with kids and families. In my time of researching what kind of visualization my field of work does I came to realize how important infographics actually are. They help to provide information on specific topic with the use of pictures and little summaries. This helped me gain more knowledge in how I can use this to better myself as an individual. I am the kind of person that wants to make a difference in this world and being able to use this type of information is going to help me achieve that dream.What I feel like I did not like about the project though was the annotation. Though it is important to inform people where you get your information from I feel like if you are going inform people about the information you want to give them it is more important for them to go look for the information themselves. However, this has it downside as I feel it can lead people astray with what information is true and what information is false. Overall, this project has helped me a great deal in my ever expanding determination to better understand my line of work as a whole.
